My dog slipped a disc in his back and was paralyzed for a second time. We did acupuncture here and within a month or so he was walking again. This happened one other time and acupuncture brought the feeling in his legs back. A true miracle given another place said back surgery and that wasn't an option for us! Thanks Evergreen!

They have excellent service and care for their animals and the human customers! Being paralyzed I love how they still do curb side pickup for meds so I don't have to put my wheelchair together for just a 30 second purchase. 10/10 would recommend!!

Absolutely love this place. Always friendly and affordable. I don't feel like I leave here with unanswered questions and I don't feel like I'm talking in circles when I trying to figure out whats wrong with my dogs.

Our visit was great. Communication was thorough with reception, technician, and veterinarian. Service was prompt. I like the option for evening appointments as well as morning and mid day. I look forward to when curbside requirements end and in person interaction returns.

These guys always take amazing care of my fur babies! They get us in for emergencies, they're also open late a few nights a week which is great for working pet owners. Dr. Andrea is my absolute fave. My boy Sylis hurt his neck and he was so scared during his first acupuncture and now when we go, he sees her and his tail wags so fast. That's how I know she made him feel better! I love this place and love that they offer reg vet medicine and more natural based options. You get the best of both worlds so whatever situation you are in, you are covered.

Wonderful group of folks here. Their love of animals truly shows. My dog was very apprehensive about going to the vet at first, but after a couple visits, I can't keep her in the car she gets so excited when we get to the office. Also the curbside service during the pandemic has been absolutely awesome. I'd give a 50 star review If possible.

Good place. Take good care of my dog and they even prescribe things like melatonin & fish oil for dogs instead of prescription medicine when appropriate.

By far the best vets I have ever worked with. There is a vet there who is a cat whisperer and takes such good care of my baby. She is so gentle and seems to know exactly what is wrong with him! I 110% recommend this vet.

DO NOT GO HERE Let me start off by saying 0 stars should really be an option. All they care about is $$. My puppy had aspiration pneumonia for over 8 weeks in their care with xrays and second opinions being done and getting sent over to radiologists they still couldn’t diagnose him correctly or treat him properly. After over $400 down the drain for nothing I finally found out when my dog fell to the floor unable to breath or move and by rushing him to the hospital they were able to properly diagnose him and treat him at VCA emergency hospital. I was told by dr Barkley I would be getting a check and Juan the “owner” called to say he was the owner and that they decided it wasn’t necessary?!? Who are you to tell me that getting my money back in the middle of a pandemic is not necessary? They said their solution was to not further care for any of my pets. Correction, I the pet owner decided and informed you that my pet would no longer be under your care which is why I said I wanted my medical records and money back which I was told I was getting. My puppy could’ve died had I not rushed him to the hospital because of them misdiagnosing him and letting him be sick for over 8 weeks. Dr Barkley and dr macgruder and Juan the owner let me not forget he repeatedly reminded me he was the owner as if that means anything we’re not once sympathetic nor did they ever apologize for the damage that they did to my pet. All they cared is that they took my hard earned money.

Called and the guy that answered wouldn’t even let me tell him what I needed my cat seen for before telling me they’re not taking new clients... my cat is in an emergency situation, but thank you I will make sure to tell all my friends and family not to go to you.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We adopted a cat from Salem Friends of Felines and Evergreen treats their cats so it is nice to have a continuity of care.

Dr. Magruder and her staff are great. They keep our Abby (she is a Golden, not Retriever she only brings the toy back " one and done"). Would be five stars if we could get Abby's heart worm/flea stuff there for a more competitive price.

Very nice good vet. Decent prices and friendly staff. Honest and up front. They know their stuff, just listen to them. Aaaand usually when I ask for pricing they overestimate and then the bill is usually a little less and a nice surprise especially with a happy critter. Sometimes they are a little hard to get in for a visit if it's last minute, but we have been able to get in within 24 hrs every time. Honestly we got in "day of" every time except once. Like 1/5 or something. They rock.

I have used them for several years and recommend them without reservation. They are warm, caring and knowledgeable. I know my service dog is in good hands when he is with them. ????????

I went there yesterday to get the first round of shots for my puppy. Today, he started breathing heavy and acting really lethargic. I called and asked what I should do, they said to bring him in and they would check him out. I was there in half an hour and they checked him over. Turns out he was fine, pugs breathe heavy sometimes and being sleepy after shots is normal.They were so nice about it though; didn't make me feel bad about overreacting and ended up not charging me to recheck him out. Everybody I've met so far there is super nice and even though it was weird with all the covid restrictions, and waiting in the car, I highly recommend anyone who really cares about their animals to come here

So far we have been there for one visit with Dr. Barkley. She was very good, not only with our dog but in explaining our options and a plan to go forward. We have our 2nd visit this next week and look forward to following up and hopefully resolving our dogs problem.

Best quality there is Dr. BARCLEY.She is kind, caring, highly intelligent and loves animals.The bad part at Evergreen is Juan, the Manager. He is short tempered, rude, with no grace or mercy in his vocabulary. Also, he does not like animals, only the dollars.My advice....reconsider and don't get involved there.
