The service department is horrible.

The service department is horrible. Over 2 hours for a state inspection and tire sensor install. I watched them put in maybe 40 minutes of work. Rediculous

We arrived from out of town to purchase a specific

We arrived from out of town to purchase a specific vehicle. We agreed on a price, mo. payment, interest rate and signed the paperwork to move forward. After 4-5hrs of this process, we got to the extended warranty part of the process. The warranty terms were $3600.00 total cost, Plus a $200.00 deductible. (This is ridiculous, FYI!) We told them that this was too much and we'd just like to purchase the vehicle on the agreed terms w/o the warranty. They said that because we refused their warranty, Bank of America (BoA) wouldn't accept the rate of 7.9% and the rate would jump to 9.8%. They said that this is what BoA is mandating. False! - We called BoA to confirm. They will be reporting this, as it's illegal and unethical to do so! The other thing that is really shady is that they will charge you $3000.00 if you attempt to use your own financing! We will also be reporting our experience with the Better Business Bureau.If you do business with this dealership, just know that they WILL NOT be transparent with as they try to suggest. They WILL do everything to get you to sign a contract that will cost you far more than the price that's been advertised.Buyer Beware!! This is NOT the place for your new/used vehicle, trust me!

We arrived from out of town to purchase a specific vehicle. We agreed on a price, mo. payment, interest rate and signed the paperwork to move forward. Terrible mistake doing business here, been told by friends not to do business here and I should have listened. They wanted me and the wife to purchase vehicles without even test driving it, because they had defects to hide...Terrible service

Deceptive at best

Terrible and deceptive! This place offered a truck for a certain price. After agreeing to the deal the salesman added nearly $2000 dollars to the price for certifying a the truck! Things like windshield and window tint were included. If you read a positive review of this dealer like some one said earlier it was done by family and friends! Save yourself some time and pass this place by.

Very corrupt and misleading practices. Don't buy from this business! We didn't receive proof of sales. They lied about any type of warranty. They were constantly trying to sales us extras we didn't want.

I’m not one to write reviews, but after the awful way we were treated by this dealership, I feel I have to write one. My boyfriend was looking for a new Maverick, tremor package and it’s very hard to find, so when we saw one of their website we were cautiously optimistic. He spoke to 2 different people, including Blake, who put my boyfriend on hold and went and confirmed the vehicle was on the lot and he would pull it aside for us. My boyfriend told Blake we live in Abilene, 3 hours away, so we wanted to make sure the vehicle was there before driving all that way. Blake assured him the vehicle was there. We drove all the way down there and when we got there, we were told by Tony that the vehicle had sold “months ago”. We were LIVID. We were outright lied to. We spoke to the manager and all he could offer us was a $50 gift card for our gas. When I told the manager we had been told it had sold months ago, he said that’s not true, who told you that? I pointed to Tony, who was standing right next to him. They couldn’t even get their story straight. And then they thought they could sell us a different car. I wouldn’t have bought a car from them if they were the last dealership on the planet, based on principle alone. STAY AWAY.

I’m not one to write reviews, but after the awful way we were treated by this dealership, I feel I have to write one. My boyfriend was looking for a new Maverick, tremor package and it’s very hard to find, so when we saw one of their website we were cautiously optimistic. This place is a scam

These people are some con artist they claim that their cars are the best and how they do full inspection on them but the just take them in and put high prices on them and try to rip people off I bought a car from them with seen smoke coming from the hood I ask the guy to have their mechanics check it out to see what is the problem the next day he claims that he did there was no problem so I bought the car drove the car home and Monday my wife to the kids to school and car started smoking So I told to take it back they have sitting down in the place for like 3 hours before they gave busted car that no AC in Texas that’s crazy went home rerun it and then they was gonna give an update on the car the next day and up until this day they have not reach out to say what was the issue they called and said the problem was fixed the people are the worst do not go there to spend your money !!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Misleading sales department and advertising prices they lure you in to take you out of your hard earned cash there listing price is higher than advertised price plus the mandatory dealer add on crap 💩.Tried to make a deal with them on a set price to buy thier car ounce I arrived that price went up 5000$ plus 2000$ dealer add ons wouldn’t recommend doing business with they they are shady people .Please don’t waste your time like I did 6hrs of total b.s and no car .
