Her bravery, devotion, and fierce honesty in the face of great obstacles were remarkable.

The last quarter century of her life was blessed with a loving husband, "Wayne" Joseph Para, who cared for her to the end. She is survived by her husband in Arizona; her two sons, John and Bill Chuckman; three grandchildren, Bob, John, and Julie Chuckman, in Canada, and sister, Wilma McIntosh, in Chicago.
