I was supposed to receive a package days ago and it's still in the Philly distribution center. It's been there since JULY 6TH, TODAY IS JULY 11TH If I don't receive my package that has $100 worth of clothes by this Friday, July 15th I am filing an investigation. If anyone can give me an update that would be wonderful, if not I will promise you I will file an investigation. My tracking number is 9405511108033880243768

No one picks up the phone, ever. This post office has the wrong address listed for my condo and I cannot figure out how to correct it. Kafkaesque bureaucratic mess.

April is fantastic! I visited your location yesterday, Sept. 23, and she was running the entire facility by herself. She has a vibrant, kind personality and she made me laugh. Kudos!

I mailed a Registered letter with Return Receipt from Central NJ to Geneva, Switzerland on 8/9/21. Normally when I have mailed letters to Switzerland this way it goes through a processing postal facility in NY near JFK airport. The letter passed through a facility in Trenton, NJ on 8/10 and arrived at Philadelphia 19190 on the early morning of the 8/11. Repeated checking on the USPS.gov website has no further information on the whereabouts of the registered letter as of 8/17/21. The cost for sending this letter registered with return receipt request was $21.65. The cost for the service received is unacceptable. I filed a report with the USPS to start a trace and was told to allow 30 days. If I have not heard, I should call USPS again for an update. I am not optimistic on getting resolution. Because it is a time sensitive document, I have to resort to getting another document notarized, mail from the local post office as standard international first class Mail to a relative in Switzerland and have them remail it from their town post office to Geneva using the Swiss Post registered mail/return receipt service. This way the family member can scan the return receipt and e-Mail it to me so I have proof the document was received by the date specified. This is not the first incident I have experienced of poor performance with the USPS. If the current postal governing board and management can’t address the ongoing performance issues, perhaps it is time to investigate the feasibility of privatizing the postal service.

I have a package to be delivered from this center which has been there for over 10 days with no movement. I was a postal worker at one time and this type of performance is unacceptable, if this is the new post office it's time to privatize.

The main post office in Philadelphia is absolutely horrible! Mail sent from south Jersey takes 5 to more than 14 days to be delivered. Some NEVER gets delivered. The Christmas rush is over, the election is over, something needs to be investigated at this establishment.

I have paid for certified mail on 1/15/2021, and still, my package is sitting at the US post office in Philadelphia, PA 19190. I have been calling them more than 15 times, but they never answer the phone. Their hours are till 9 pm, but no one answers the calls. My package was supposed to be delivered by 4/10/2021, and it has been sitting at the Philadelphia Post office for no reason. What is the deal? Who is supervising? This is unacceptable, and it is very upsetting. This is a horrible place to send any mail packages at all. Please contact me as soon as possible!!!

I mailed my passport renewal via Priority Mail on Tuesday 3/9; going from NYC to Philadelphia Passport Processing Center. For one week there was no info other than "in transit / delayed". For the past week it has been looping in and out of various Philadelphia regional and distribution locations. Tomorrow will be three weeks and it is still in limbo. I have initiated a Service Request Inquiry and am waiting to hear something since last Friday morning at 7:00 AM. Still nothing . This is inexcusable !

I cringe everytime I see my packages are in Philadelphia!!! I have 2 packages right now, 1 was supposed to be delivered to me by Friday, 3/19 and it has been sitting at Philadelphia Post office since 3/16 and hasn't moved since! the other package was supposed to arrive 3/22/2021 and it has been sitting in Philadelphia since 3/18/2021. And the USPS cries because people do not use them anymore. They are really terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A package was mailed to me in Doylestown PA on 12/29/20 from W Berlin NJ. It has since gone to Chicago Il, Oak Park Il, Belmar NJ, Philly, Sellersville PA and back to Philly on 1/12/21. Since then I cannot get an update on the tracking number, and no answer from the Philly post office. What is going on, and stop blaming it on Covid.

I'm from Ohio. I'm not su5if this is the main terminal of Pennsylvania's United States Postal Service. I have sent several pieces of mail to Pennsylvania addresses. They have not reached their destinations. There is no tracking numbers. These are bills to be paid and now I've been charged late fees. How can this be expedited? Is your mail moving in your State everyday? Is there a delay issue? I am concerned about this. Thank You.

Employee at 720 Arch Street in Philadelphia wore a face shield high over her forehead, but not a mask, and when I asked her to put on her mask, she refused and said, "Who are you. Do you think you work for the CDC."

Mailed off ten packages at this post office by putting them in the mail package slot on a Monday. On Friday, none of the packages was scanned, went to find out where is my packages, the teller was rude, said she don't know, and I did not need to come there to find out where my ten packages was at. This post office need better management, better people, and a better system in handling the mail. I don't know if all ten packages are lost, or just stolen.

Who do you contact to make a complaint that will not fall on deaf ears? I have some complaints with the way my Mail has been delivered lately yet I can never get through to anyone. I don’t see anything other than a phone number (which I’m sure no one answers) either & this is beyond frustrating! USPS needs to tighten up!!!!

The US Post Office has fallen subject to people who are too incompetent to work anywhere else. Over the last year, I only get mail delivered 2-3 times a week, if that. In the last month, I have had 5 packages that were delivered between 1-4 weeks later than their supposed delivery dates. One package went from Ohio to Des Moins FOR 8 DAYS before coming to PA, explain that one to me?? You go the opposite distance across the country and then let it sit there for 8 days. I have filed multiple claims and not a single thing was EVER done for ANY of the claims. Just terrible what the US Post Office has done to degrade its services.

I walk to the mailbox West Phila 56th and Lansdowne Avenue. The city has been repairing trolley tracks and curves for over a month. Notice the mailbox on a thick piece of concrete 20 feet away from the curb site which has already been repaired. I wondered then was this mailbox being removed. My question was answered. when today you removed the mailbox. Why,Why so many senior citizens walk to that box.. SMH😔

This 3000 Chestnut St. Philadelphia post office has so many problems. They havd never answered the phone. Also their Lobby hours are supposed to be 24 hours so that people can access their PO Boxes and also use the self-service mail features even after the windows closeI went a long way to get there around 12:30 AM August 9th.and found that the doors were locked--- I could not even access the lobby from any location- I walked all the way to the other end of the post office and that door was also unavailable. It's clearly supposed to be accessible 24 hours.Really awful. What is being done about these problems?Looking forward to your response.

Scheduled a pick up and the post office never picked up. No way to actually talk to a person. If I ran my business this way I would be out of business. But then again I can't just ask for money I have to deliver - no pun intended.

The recent postman has been delivering other recipient's mail at my address, and my mail on someone else's address. The most recent incident occurred yesterday, when he delivered a letter from 3923 Glendale to my address at 1201 Haworth Street. I do not know if its negligence on his part or the sorters at the post office. Nevertheless, this is a serious matter because if the letter contains sensitive information and falls in the wrong hands, it can cause a lot of damage. This particular piece of mail may or may not contain sensitive info, but regardless, it appears to be from a bank. I have been waiting for a check and I am hoping and praying it was not delivered to the wrong address. I will appreciate you looking into this matter promptly as this is not the first time I have complained about the same issue.Thank you in advance for your cooperation and prompt attention to this matter.

USELESS phone number! When calling the 215-895-8828 number, no one ever answers the phone. This is over several days, multiple attempts, and at various business hours. The phone goes through a telephone tree, allows you wait for the operator (if there really is one), and then gives a busy signal every time. Not just once or twice or three times -- every time!

I have been trying to return 2.money orders I bought for a down payment on a subsidised apt. I changed my mind aboutI have been to 6 po noone could give me the money sending me all over the city. The most recent at 720 Arch I encountered the nastiest employee. She looked to be a speed freak or something. She said go to 30th and Chestnut. I tried calling there several times before driving all the way out there but noone answers the phone. Their hours are til 9 but no answer. I dont want to drive all the way there if they cant do it. Please advise me what to do.I am still expecting another one back after the 23rd I dont want to go through all of this again. Everyone was great until 720 Arch. The young man at the counter was fine but he had just opened and told me to go to the nasty lady. One is for 285. and the other 250.The one I am waiting for is 241. I find it hard to believe in the middle of center city with all the businesse noone can cash them. 9th and Dickerson 2nd and Snyder Frankford Ave near Berks 3rd and Market 6th and Chestnut and finally 720 Arch St. Tell me where to go from here. My Uncle Ned worked for the Post Office for years and was postmaster of Pittsburg fir 6 years I dont think he would have tolerated customer service agents being rude to customers. Thank you Linda Harkins

On the back of the money order, write - did not use for its intended purpose. You can sign it like a check an deposit it in your account or return it to the post office, hopefully you have the receipt. The money order from the post office will not expired.
